我觉得答案有误.应该是B 才对.
整个下午你在干嘛?怎么都找不到你.（说话时 现在是晚上或者之后的时间 注意此处定冠词 the 表示 彼此都知道对方指的是什么时间 也许之前有约定什么的）
我在4号街区 买东西呢.(Foutth 看似序数词.这里有点混淆.也许该街区 就叫4号街区 而不是 第四街区哦.是作为名词 所以不要定冠词来修饰）
固定搭配 整个下午 不用定冠词 比如 all day long一整天长 day也没有定冠词
