hope for sth 意思是 “期待某物“,也就是 “非常想得到某物”
如：Everybody hopes for a good future.
每个人都期待有一个美好的未来.
本题如果用hope for children,意思就是“期待有孩子”了
实际意思应该是家长期待能有更好的教育,为了孩子们
