分析一个词必须要从词性开始,seat作动词来说是一个及物动词,所以后面是接宾语的,且可用作被动式.
seat sb 的意思即为“让某人坐下”,被动即为相应的“Sb be seated”.
而remain是一个连系动词,后面接形容词.
本题中意思为“在飞机完全停稳前请留在座位上.”座位与人的关系为被动,即用remain seated这样的被动式,可以把SEATED看作一个表状态的形容词“坐着的”.
另外在补充一点 REMAIN TO BE DONE 意思为“```留待```”例如 REMAIN TO BE SEEN 即为“还留待观察”.

你可以先理解 remain healthy 的remain 相当于be 动词
然后理解 be seated
所以 结论是 be seated 可以转换成 remain seated 这样就好理解了。其实seated 可以看成像healthy 形容词
因为plane 后面的时态是完成时，所以前面要用过去时，要时态一致。
remain seated 是保持这样的状态，是主动态，而remain 后的动词加Ing 保持这样一个动作，不能保持就座这个动作不变吧
