第二句我觉得译文应该是这样：你在这工作,我们到底能依靠你多久?
第三句用was更好一点,我觉得这句话是在强调个体.
第四句but不用翻出来,显得画蛇添足,而且后半句出现了主语不一致的情况,我个人觉得应该这样修改一下：Whether I'm a follower or leader,I will try my best to help my colleagues to achieve our goals toghther.这样的话就很简洁,完全表达了我们所要传达的意思.
PS：其实我觉得翻译一定要力求简洁,尽量避免从句的使用,用各种词组,比如说介词词组或者说名词词组,这样的话,译文会更地道.
