they're 因为是两个东西当然是复数跟fish 或tofu 本身无关。
刚才去查了下 fish and toufu 好像也不是同一道菜。。

应该是 it is healthy, 我记得当年学的时候老师说是因为"fish and tofu"
是一中菜名所以是单数.
楼下的不懂不要乱说，怎么没有鱼和豆腐这道菜，在大连就有老板鱼炖豆腐。
