选C的依据是现在完成时可以作为时间状语与一般过去时连用.
至于第二个,LZ没发现send形式不对吗?【也可能是你打错了】要是sent,变语序就是the one to send it to is my father.my father是宾语,“send it to my father”是一个短句,若选B,被sent的就是my father了,这样肯定不对了.
不知道你明不明白,我可是费了好大劲.
