但如果选A It's quite different from that I had last month.这里that是代词,先行词做从句宾语所以可省,为什么就错了呢（我知道不选which是因为缺宾语）
一推人在百度说了当白说,就没有知道的?

如果你选that 那么先行词that 代表谁先行词that可以省略但是先行词限定的名词不可以省略

the one的话特指我上个月吃的那个，后面不能用that，问题不在从句上，而在于空前面的from是介词，that不可以用在介词之后~

指代前文出现过的可数名词单数用one,复数用ones,指代前文出现过的不可数名词用that.
the cake显然是可数名词单数，所以后文出现时用the one,不能用不定代词that。
the one 在从句里做宾语关系代词选用which/that。
所以这个答案可以使用the one which或the one that当然，这里的that/which可以省略
