美国长期以来奉行低利率政策,催生了房地产市场的泡沫,次级贷款人凭借宽松的信贷环境取得房屋抵押贷款,加之美国政府对金融业监管不力,为金融危机的爆发埋下了祸根.美国银行信贷风险管理中存在的过度证券化、风险度量失真和委托代理问题突出等一系列问题,则直接构成了金融危机爆发的导火索.针对美国银行业在信贷风险管理中暴露出的问题,反观我国银行的信贷管理情况,我国银行同样存在引发金融危机相同的问题,并且还有一些没有暴露出来的、可能引发金融危机的隐患.为此,本文提出了应完善信贷风险控制系统,创建对房地产信贷市场的信贷风险预警系统,努力加强信贷风险的分散和转移能力的观点,以解决产生金融危机的问题,同时对可能引发金融危机的隐患,做必要的防范.
本文采用文献综述法,首先分析了金融危机爆发的原因,然后针对美国银行业在此次金融危机中暴露出的问题反观我国银行信贷管理现状,最后就我国银行信贷管理中如何防范金融危机提出了对策和建议.

The global financial crisis finally broke out due to the 2007 American subprime mortgage crisis,which disturbed the economic order of the whole world,and China's banks were badly effected as well.To a country,when suffering from the financial crisis,its banking business will bear the brunt.As the financial crisis can rapidly spread,the security of the credit assets will have a direct bearing on the operation security of a bank,and then affects a country's security on the finacial,the economic and the political aspects.Therefore,facing the financial crisis,to strengthen China's bank credit risk management will make a big difference to the development of its banking business.
For a long time,the low interest rate policy is always running in America,which fastens the property bubbles.Depending on the unlimited credit environment,the subprime lenders get the home mortgage loan,in addition,the American government is of poor supervision on the financial industry,the break-out of the financial crisis can be predicted.A series of problems,such as the over-securitization,the risk measure distortion,and the entrusted agency,etc,which exist in the American bank credit risk management,becoming the supercriminal of the break-out of the financial crisis.In connection with the problems standing out in the American bank credit risk management and looking back the situation of China's,similar problems also exist,as well as some hidden trouble which may cause the financial crisis.For this reason,the paper gives three opinions,namely completing the credit risk control system,creating the credit risk early warning system towards the real estate credit market,strengthening the ability of distributing and transferring the credit risk,so as to solve the problems which lead to the financial crisis.At the same time,having some necessary guarding against the hidden trouble which may cause the financial crisis.
By using the documentation researching method ,the paper analyzes the reason why the finacial crisis happen first,then,in connection with the problems of the American banks exposed in this financial crisis,looking back the present situation of China's bank credit management.In the end,on how to prevent the financial crisis for China's bank credit management,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and advice.
