Minimum resistance (Rmin)
Rmin is the minimum zero power resistance of the resistance - temperature characteristic.It is measured at the temperature T where the temperature coefficient becomes positive.
PTC Rmin 最小电阻：元件（正常）可呈现的最小电阻；
R25 - 室温电阻：标准室温时,元件所对应的额定电阻.
最小阻值（Rmin）：是指从常温25℃开始,温度曲线系列所对应的最小电阻值,此时Rmin所对应的温度为Tmin.
具体你要看相应产品的规格书中 R-T (Resistance - Temperature Characteristics) 图表,找到对应的温度点然后调节温度后测量.
