酸葡萄心理
《狐狸吃葡萄》的寓言故事众所周知,其实这则故事也反映了人们在日常生活中的较多见的一种心理现象.
当人们在学习、工作和生活中遇到困难和阻力时,内心自觉或不自觉地会产生一种希望解脱紧张状态、恢复情绪平衡的适应性倾向.就像寓言中的狐狸那样,对得不到的东西就贬低它,以平衡自己的心理,这是人的一种自我保护的机制,在心理学上就称之为“酸葡萄心理”.这种能起到心理调节作用的机制,已没有了寓言故事中的贬义.
用自己能够接受的理由来对事物自圆其说、自我安慰,以避免心理上受到更严重的伤害,这样的“酸葡萄心理”是我们的心理卫士.
