During recent years，the upsurge of outward FDI which is made by developing countries，has changed the pattern of world FDI quietly. As two of the most larget developing countries， China and Inida are also have the best economic growth rate, at the same time, they are a very important aspect in developing countries' outward FDI. This article compared the FDI competitive forces and economic effect between China and Inida, found China has more advangate in macro-indicator, while Inida has more advantage in MICI.
