So far as the chinese parents are concerned,这句话算是完整的句子嘛?没有宾语,尽管别动语态的主语是谓语的承受者,但是感觉这个结构好像没怎么见过~
还有英语中的逗号,能把一个完整的句子分开嘛~比如主谓,宾（说完主谓,一个逗号再写上这个句子的宾语~）英语中的标点,不会影响句子的结构吧?

状语从句的省略问题
when,while,if,as if,although / though,as,until,once,whether,unless,where等引导的从句中,如果其谓语为be,而主语与主句的主语相同时,则从句的主语和be可省略
以这题为例,前后主语都是 花,而从句使用被动语态,be + 动词过去分词 ,所以be动词被去掉了
