Force Majeure:In situations that are not caused by a mistake of the Contractor,which are of a nature to prevent the fulfillment of the obligation and which are beyond the powers of the Contractor to eliminate,provided that within 20 (twenty) days following the occurrence of the force majeure the Contracting Entity is notified by the Contractor in writing,and the circumstances are documented by related agencies,the following circumstances are accepted as force majeure:
The validity of the Performance Bond shall be 6 months longer from the period to be found by adding the guaranty period,if any,as well as the period for issuing letter of credit and the period for clearing the material at customs to the delivery period of goods.In case of period extension,the validity of the Performance bond is prolonged as long as the period extended.
