I don't like balsam pears,because they taste bitter（这不是比较级,这就是个形容词而已） and terrible.Some balsam pears are sour.Balsam pears（单数可数名词不能单独出现!） have many fibres（fibre是可数名词） and minerals which are good for our health.(不能写成两句话,这里绝对是一个从句形式)So(写英语必须有连词,So应该加上) I think we should often eat balsam pears.Sometimes they taste good if you like them.(我觉得最后的them省略完全可以了)
